Applicants must be at least 18 years old. To qualify, you'll need to provide proof of income to verify that your income is at least 3x the monthly rent. Additionally, a positive rental payment history is required. The application process also includes a credit history review and adherence to our rental standards. This service helps validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals, ensures compliance with our pet policies, and allows us to maintain up-to-date pet records. PetScreening also makes it easy for pet owners to share their pet’s information with housing providers, pet services, and more.
How It Works:
